Welcome to Heron Hideaway, a four-season, family-friendly townhome close to all the Pocono Mountains has to offer. From skiing in the winter to lake life in the summer, Heron Hideaway is the perfect place to unwind after a day of activities. For snow lovers, we are located less than a mile from Big Boulder Ski area, and about 15 minutes from Jack Frost. In the summer, we are walking distance to Boulder Lake, with a sand beach, gear/water craft rentals, heated pool, tennis and more. We are an hour and a half from both Philadelphia and New York City.

With two bedrooms, a private loft and two full bathrooms, Heron Hideaway sleeps 8 comfortably. We have a bunk room for the kids complete with a pack-n-play for our littlest guests.
The home is fully furnished with all the amenities you need for a weekend or more. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything to make a meal including electric appliances, a microwave, ice maker and a dishwasher. We provide all bed linens, bath towels and beach towels in the summer.

The home is 5-minute walking distance to the lake and the Boulder View Tavern, plus only half a mile from the heart of Lake Harmony with a wide selection of restaurants, a convenience store and ice cream shop (summer). We are a short distance from one of Pennsylvania’s gems, Hickory Run State Park, offering hikes, waterfalls and more for the outdoor enthusiast. There is so much to do within half an hour’s drive: historic Jim Thorpe, Skirmish Paintball, ATV Tours, Pocono Speedway and outlet shopping, to name a few favorites. We know you will fall in love with the area!
